About Coley:

Coley began her baking journey when she was 8 years old and quickly realized how fun it can be! She works full-time as an ultrasound technologist. However, working in the medical field can be quite taxing. During the pandemic, Coley wanted to get her mind off what was happening at work and would begin baking as soon as her shift ended as a way to relax! After receiving multiple compliments from coworkers, friends and family, she decided to launch her business and obtain a cottage food license. Coley quickly became a success while selling out at multiple farmer's markets! To further her knowledge, she decided to enroll in a Baking & Pastry Arts Certificate Program at a local community college where she learned how to make tarts, pate a choux, pies, cakes, and a bunch of other tasty desserts!
